Shirley Owens: Hello, and welcome back. Today, I'm reflecting on my convo with Mauro Guillan. We talked about the future, awareness, trends and a lot of things that we don't talk about on a daily basis. One of the things we talked about near the end was how, we, as humans have a tendency to want to make a decision right now. We think for some reason that we have to choose in or out, stay or leave, this or that. I try to get people to slow down and see that if you take those two drastic decisions and spread them apart, they're like 40 different decisions in between that you can make. It doesn't have to stay or go. It doesn't have to be in or out. It doesn't have to be this or that. Most decisions do not have to be made right now.

“When we are super aware of not only the present but the past and future as well, we can make much better decisions that are sustainable.” -Shirley Owens

This week, I would have you look at the decisions that you're facing in your life right now. Do you feel pressure to make one or the other immediately? I want you to really take a deep look into these decisions and look at all the possibilities and options in between. Take into account the past, the future, the trends, the patterns, all the little details of what each decision will intel, and then see if it truly aligns with you. I can't stress the word awareness enough. When we are super aware of not only the present, but the past and future as well, we can make much better decisions that are sustainable. I love you all. I hope you have an amazing week filled with smart decisions, and I will see you next Tuesday.
