Shirley Owens: Hello, and welcome back. Today, I'm reflecting on my convo with Karena Kilcoyne. We talked about life and all of the things that we, as humans, tend to stuffed down. Stuffing is our way of not working through our issues or situations, how many of you do that? One of the ways that we're able to keep things stuffed down is to always be doing something, like always being on the go. Do you know that woman who is a busybody constantly serving others, the one who knows everything about everyone is always taking meals to people in need, always they're making crafts, organizing the house, running from store to store, just always moving and never taking a quiet break, I can guarantee she's a stuffer. The man that is always busy working, well, except when his playing hobbies and work always keep him from just sitting in quiet, he's a stuffer. Imagine a person with a pile of bricks on their shoulders, each brick has a story, a story of something they didn't want to work on. There's so many bricks that at any time, someone or something could add the one that makes everything topple over. As we bring things up and deal with them, we remove a brick Slowly, the load gets lighter and lighter. When the shoulders are empty, it's way easier to take on a brick, even five.

So this week, I would have you look into your brick pile, take one off that you've stuffed over the years, deal with it, then take another and another. As the weight becomes less, you will also be more able to deal with whatever you pull off the pile. The more you deal, the lighter you load. Send me a note on my website, I would love to hear about your experience of this. I promise you that as you bring things up, deal with them and let them go. You will be more able to deal and even conquer whatever else is put in your way. I love you all, have a powerful week of working through stuff, and I will see you next Tuesday.
